Do I need to be in the United States to use RentMonitor?

Yes. At the moment, you must be based in the US to receive payments; this involves both having a U.S. address, and having a valid SSN. We are working diligently to expand to other countries. Please let us know where you would like to see RentMonitor next and we’ll notify you when RentMonitor is available in your country.

When do you start charging me?

You will not be charged until you fill out the application to collect rent online. Before then, you can sign up for an account and set up your payments, rentals, and tenants to make sure RentMonitor is right for you.

How much does RentMonitor cost?

The pricing for RentMonitor is simple. Automatic rent collection costs just $2 per transaction with a minimum $10 fee per month. There are no additional monthly fees or set up costs. You are only charged for transactions that incur in a given month.

Tenant screening reports costs $20-$25 per report. However, most of our customers charge the tenant screening fees to their applicants.
